摘要：

In order for knowledge to be utilised effectively in the process of decision-making, knowledge should be stored and created meaningfully. Case Base Reasoning (CBR) is one of numerous available suggestions which provide a means for solving of new problems by adopting solutions that have been previously applied to solve similar problems. In this paper, the problem of selecting the right person for the right task or project is addressed. Organizations can have competitive advantage by ensuring a project's success through forming effective project teams that will be able to deliver results within the stipulated dateline. Project team members can be selected based on previous experience in dealing with similar projects, past performance, possessed knowledge, requirements of the projects and etc.
