摘要
Icing is a serious threat to the flight safety of aircraft. In order to reduce the accumulation of ice on the surface and improve the anti-icing ability, various anti-icing methods have been developed. Among them, laser-induced anti-icing surface has advantages of low energy-cost as it does not need extra energy to de-ice by heat or vibration. However, conventional laser preparation approaches of anti-icing surfaces are only suitable for processing planar structures due to the limitation of the focus length. Meanwhile, aircrafts are composed by many curved/tilted structures. How to quickly fabricate anti-icing curved/tilted surfaces is an urgently issue. In this paper, an approach for preparing anti-icing curved/tilted surface based on Bessel beam is proposed. By utilizing the long focal depth of Bessel beam, curved/tilted surfaces can be fabricated in one-step. Moreover, the fabrication parameters have been quantitatively investigated to process surface with anti-icing property. The processed anti-icing surface has undergone a simulated icing test and showed anti-icing characteristics.
