Single and multiple foliar application of paclobutrazol at 1000 and 2000 ppm were applied to mango tree, Mangifera indica L. cv. Nam Dok Mai, in June to induce off-season flowering. The treated trees initiated flowering 29 to 41 days earlier than the controls. The amount of flowering shoots of all paclobutrazol treated trees was 2 times greater than that of the control.
