摘要
In this paper three maximum power point tracking (MPPT) control techniques for low power variable speed wind generators are evaluated. The three methods perform the MPPT process through load variation and consist of an optimal torque versus speed curve tracking algorithm, a perturbation and observation of the output power algorithm and a fuzzy logic-based algorithm. The methods are evaluated through both simulation and experimental results regarding transient response and power output in order to asses the pros and cons of each MPPT technique.
