Economics in the MBA curriculum: Some preliminary survey results

摘要：
Members of the American Assembly of Collegiate Schools of Business were surveyed on the role of economics courses in MBA programs. The number of economics courses offered declined slightly in the past five years. Economics is included in the MBA curriculum because it is viewed as important. The popularity of economics depends on the quality of instruction. Complementarity exists between economics and the focus of the MBA program.
