The resocialization in Colombia: a study from the detrital jail Rodrigo De Bastidas

The percent of resocialization in the Colombian prison and penitentiary system is very low, that's why this investigation sought to illustrate alternatives to get to outstanding levels of rehabilitation of the convict, as the overcrowding and the already existence precarious infrastructure, as well as analyzing the system P.A.S.O, the hermetic study made to the law 65 of 1993 and the bibliographic and historical review about the evolution of penalty in Colombia and its purposes shows that in penitential re educational subject the State is in debt because there isn't big progress in this subject, besides this manuscript is one of the first in its kind, realizing a thorough study of the different factors that prevent the social reinsertion consequentially this study provides news of the prison situation of the country and possible solutions.
