摘要
With the rapid development of UHVDC power transmission, synchronous condensers with dynamic reactive power compensation capability begin to be applied on a large scale. In view of the grid-connection problem of synchronous condensers, based on the improvement of traditional phase-angle difference time function, this paper analyses the influence of change of acceleration on the synchronous point prediction of synchronous condensers in the process of inert deceleration grid-connection. Through theory and numerical example, the number of synchronous points in the maximum allowable slip range and the allowable closing time range of synchronous condensers are analysed during the grid-connection process, and the correctness of the analysis results is verified on the MATLAB/Simulink simulation software. The research in this paper provides great convenience for predicting the time of the closing pulse and further improves the grid-connection success rate of synchronous condensers.
