Russian studies in atmospheric chemistry in 1999-2002

A brief review of Russian scientific works of 1999-2002 in the field of atmospheric chemistry, including the chemistry of the troposphere, ozone layer, and air in urbanized regions; the effect of chemical processes on the climate; and the atmospheric monitoring and simulation of atmospheric processes, is presented. This review is prepared in the Russian State Geophysical Committee by the Commission on Atmospheric Chemistry and Global Pollution.(1)
