摘要
Ni-20Cr-10Mo-10Co superalloy is a casting superalloy strenghted by carbides. With mold temperature dropping the grain-size and interdendritic space of alloy decrease. At the working temperature of 800 degreesC, the type of carbides was changed. In addition, it was shown that rupture life capability and creep capability of the alloy under the condition of 800 degreesC and 165MPa have been improved with mold temperature dropping. The fracture of rupture tensile sample is pseudo-cleavage transcrystalline fracture. It is demonstrate that isochronal-strength temperature of the material is over 800 degreesC, therefore, the grain-size and interdendritic refined lead to improve high temperature mechanical properties.
