摘要：
To solve the problem of Programme management, the Ant Colony Optimization (ACO) algorithm is introduced. In large-scale corporate governance with the development of diversified, all branches of the management personnel and allocation of resources is viewed a hot issue. ACO can be applied to subsidiaries of the structural design, In the realization main corporations cost lowest situation,the gross profit achieves in a big way,also realization main corporation to various subsidiary companies reasonable organization and management.This method combines the company's core competitive-to the design talents, breakthrough and try to the original method. It will improve the Programme management.
