摘要
Sweep source optical coherence tomography (SS-OCTA) is a tomography method in vivo, which is mainly used for retinal vascular imaging of the fundus, with high resolution and fast scanning speed. In this article, through the SS - OCTA imaging system on the galvanometer selection and debugging, to vascular imaging of C57 mice skin, make SS - OCTA system for skin tissue scanning depth to 1 mm or so, the skin blood vessels of graphic images, and can get skin vascular image and can get the X axis diameter 33.43 micron blood vessels, and the image noise is analyzed and discussed.
