Preparation of squeezed-state phonons using the Raman-induced Kerr effect

摘要
A scheme has been proposed for the preparation of the squeezed state of a phonon mode using the Raman-induced Kerr effect. The behaviour of initial Stokes light with complex statistics has been studied. It is shown that squeezed-state phonons can be generated under certain conditions.
