摘要
Polarized neutron reflectometry is used to investigate a [Fe-57(20)/V(14)] x 20 monocrystalline multilayer. The depth distribution of Fe and V atoms and the magnetization across the Fe/V bilayer of the structure have been obtained. (C) 2002 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
