摘要
In this paper, microwave-assisted extraction (MAE) of puerarin from the roots of Kudzuvine (Pueraria lobata) was studied. The effects of some operating parameters on the puerarin yield were investigated systematically. By using a uniform design, the optimal conditions were found to be powder size of 80 meshes, pre-soaking time of 0.5h, ethanol concentration of 20%, solvent to material ratio of 40mL/g, extraction temperature of 60 degrees C, microwave power of 1000W and irradiation time of 10min. At these conditions, the puerarin yield of 3.084% could be obtained. This suggested that MAE was a promising method for puerarin extraction.
