摘要
This is a work-in-progress research report aiming to design a system to support employees' self-development in the workplace, especially in the process of experiential learning. There are four main features of the system functions to foster meaningful interactions between employees and their trainers (and/or supervisors): (1) to record employees' self-reports on daily work; (2) to automatedly judge employees' level of self-development based on their responses to a questionnaire; (3) to support trainers in providing adaptive prompts and feedback to their trainee; and (4) to view a summary and visualization of the records and self-development level.
