摘要：

Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) constitute an important part of the national economy. Therefore, to enhance the technological innovation capability of SME in an all-round manner has become an important aspect in building China into an innovation-oriented country. This article studied the technological innovation's importance for SMEs to maintain their competitiveness, and then discussed the current state and programme of technological innovation in SMEs, finally proposed tow ways of enhancing technological innovation capability, in order to offer some advice for the enhancement of competitiveness of China's SMEs.
