摘要
Two new species from the family Asteraceae, tribe Astereae, were collected during botanical investigations in the Ecuadorian Andes. Oritrophium llanganatense Sklenar & H. Robinson and Floscaldasia ozorelloides Sklenar & H. Robinson are here described and illustrated. Oritrophium llanganatense is distinct from other species of the genus by a combination of abaxially lanate leaves with outer phyllaries narrowly ovate to oblong. Floscaldasia azorelloides differs from the other species of the genus by its three-lobed leaves. The two species inhabit the upper superparamo and are restricted to remote areas of the Ecuadorian Eastern Cordillera.
