摘要
This paper presents in vitro evaluation of several characteristics of Paclitaxel loaded magnetic nanoparticles based on iron oxide nanosferes and biotinylated N-palmitoyl chitosan for potential applications as drug delivery system in breast cancer therapy. Obtained magnetic nanoparticles were dispersible in glucose solution (10 %), induced apoptosis in MDA-MB-231 cells and they did not determine notable modification of the coagulation parameter (time of partially activated thromboplastin-APTT) after the contact with blood. In the presence of a magnetic field, the nanoparticles aligned in the direction of the field lines.
