摘要
In this paper, a compact THz corrugate horn antenna with low sidelobe and low cross-polar level is presented. The operation frequency is centered at 260.4 GHz and bandwidth is greater than 110 GHz. S-11 parameter is below -20 dB from 217 GHz to 0.33 THz. The corrugate horn antenna consists of a Gaussian profiled horn, a rectangular-circular waveguide transition and a WR-3 standard waveguide. It provides extremely good symmetry in radiation pattern. The obtained horn antenna is qualified to meet the requirements in many applications, such as compact antenna test range, Terahertz communication, and radiometer.
