(Ba0.5Sr0.5)TiO3/LaNiO3 heterostructures grown by pulsed laser deposition

摘要
(Ba0.5Sr0.5)TiO3/LaNiO3 heterostructures(BST/LNO) were prepared on Si (100) substrate using pulsed laser deposition(PLD). The effect of ambient oxygen pressure on these all perovskite-type heterostructures was investigated. The average diameter of BST films, characterized by X-ray diffraction and atomic force microscopy, decreases with increasing the chamber pressure. Measurement of dielectric properties of BST, using conductive LNO as a bottom electrode, showed that the dielectric effect was considerably influenced by the structure.
