摘要：

This paper is focused on the organization of parental responsibility after family breakdown and on its consequences for the offspring, and especially on joint custody. Therapeutic jurisprudence (TJ)is presented as an appropriate paradigm to guide the modification of laws, judicial proceedings, and the performance of practitioners conducting the cases, as itfacilitates that family breakdown management leads to a positive parental co-responsibility that is centered on childrens well-being.
