Soybean seed vigour and field emergence under influence of cultivar, seed age and planting date

摘要
The results of the performed investigation led to the conclusion that FE was correlated to SG, but CT and EC were more reliable seed vigour related to field emergence. Seed deterioration during storage was certified by laboratory tests and field experiments and it was more expressed in the adverse soil and weather conditions after planting. However, established significant cultivar differences in seed vigour preservation, implicated the possibility for usage of genotypes with higher seed vigour potential in soybean selection and successive stand establishment even in suboptimal environmental conditions in the period from planting to emergence.
