摘要：

Within the past decade, intratympanic treatments for a variety of inner ear disorders have become increasingly common. Multiple medications have been perfused, from lidocaine to corticosteroids and gentamicin, in an attempt to manage various otologic symptoms such as tinnitus, vertigo, and hearing loss conservatively. This article reviews the literature on intratympanic treatments of tinnitus.
