摘要
When a large-area power outage caused by 10kV bus fault occurs in distribution network, the dispatchers transfer the lost load by experience, which will lead to a large area blackout. So a simplified model of distribution network is built considering the distribution automation system lacks of measurement data firstly, and a describing matrix of network is proposed which is suitable for constraint satisfaction problem model to search the scheme of power supply. Secondly, the constraint satisfaction problem model of power supply restoration is established, which aims at minimizing the economic loss caused by load shedding. Based on the hierarchical model of distribution network, A method of generating load modes for interconnection elements is proposed. Then, a switching operation sequence is proposed based on the change of load modes before and after power supply restoration. Finally, an example is given to illustrate the correctness of the method.
