摘要：
Nowadays industrial cluster has been promoting economy development quickly and healthily, and it also has been an important mode for international competition. Meanwhile, complete logistics system can strongly improving the service efficiency and quality of industrial cluster. This paper analyses logistical characteristics of industrial cluster, discusses the relation of industrial cluster and logistics; then it put forward several logistical cooperation modes for enterprises of industrial clusters according to resource-based theory, with the hope of supplying some advice for improving logistical efficiency of industrial clusters.
