Nonlinear RTD circuits for high-speed A/D conversion

摘要
In this paper a novel nonlinear MMIC structure based upon monostable resonant tunneling diodes (RTDs) is studied. For the first time, it is shown that an input signal can be converted into a set of output spikes to be used for GHz A/D conversion.
