摘要：
At present, the institution for circular economy hasn't been actually established in China. In fact, the existing institutions could be barriers for the further development of the circular economy. This paper reveals the institutional obstacles for circular economy development in the country, and gives several suggestions on developing the Chinese circular economy institution systems, including the laws and regulation, the property rights of natural resource, cleaner production, environmental impacts assessment, and the enterprise environmental report.
