摘要
This contribution examines the use of third order statistical measures as an induction machine Condition Monitoring tool. It is demonstrated that these third order measures improve on traditional fault detection techniques and unambiguously detect single and combined fault conditions in an induction machine fed from fixed and variable frequency supplies.
