Study of relations between position and momentum expectation values for molecules

摘要
Various established relations between position and momentum expectation values based on the maximum-entropy principle have been tested for molecular systems. The results show that most of these bounds tested here are not very good, and that more work is needed to obtain better ones. It is hoped that this paper will stimulate new derivations. Atomic units (e = m = h = l) are used throughout the paper.
