REGIONAL ECONOMIC TRANSFORMATION AND GREEN DEVELOPMENT FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF ECOLOGICAL ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION

摘要
At present, China has entered a transitional period of economic development, and the country pays more attention to the quality of economic development than to the quantity of economic development. At the same time, more and more attention has been paid to the protection of regional ecological environment. Hanjiang Economic Belt, as an important region in China's regional development, is an important growth pole of economic development. Following the logic of "evaluation of regional coordination level - Measurement of green growth efficiency - theoretical mechanism of green growth benefit of regional coordination - demonstration of green growth benefit of regional coordination - countermeasures and suggestions", this paper analyses the regional economic transformation and green development from the perspective of ecological environment protection. Based on the quantitative analysis of the level of regional coordination and the efficiency of green growth, this paper attempts to solve the problem of contribution and heterogeneity of regional coordination to green growth. Taking the construction of Hanjiang ecological economic belt in Hubei Province as an example, this paper makes a comprehensive evaluation on the regional coordinated development level of Hanjiang ecological economic belt in Hubei Province from the four dimensions of economic coordination system, social coordination system, environmental coordination system and innovation coordination system. The results show that the key to improve the economic quality and protect the ecological environment of Hanjiang Economic Belt lies in promoting the construction of ecological civilisation and improving the level of green development.
