On the theory of twist-conformon excitations in the structures of helical macromolecules

摘要
The problem of twist-conformons-excitations forming locally in the structure of helical macromolecules of ordered systems is considered. The appearance of thermodynamically equilibrium helical structures can be treated as resulting from interactions of the electron subsystem with large-scale twist deformations in the macromolecular chain. The wavefunction, ground state energy, diffusion coefficient, mobility, and dispersion law of a twist-conformon are determined for a DNA molecule in the B-form. It is demonstrated that the DNA helix can be approximated by a system of twist-conformons locally determining the helix parameters in a structure of complementary nucleotide bases.
