摘要
Trace characterization of individual aerosol particles were cariied out using an X-ray microprobe installed to SPring-8 on BL39XU. Imaging of aerosol particles fixed on to the filter was carried out with 10 keV x-ray microbeam, and 16 aerosol particles were selected from an Fe image, Quantification of Ca, Ti, Mn, Fe and Ni were performed, and the data of elemental composition were utilized for multivariate analsyis. This paper reports reliminary examination of the multivariate analysis to discuss the history of individual aerosol particles.
