摘要
The problem of "industrial dust storm" will be produced in the process of preparing shotcrete. According to the characteristics of intermittence and instantaneity of dust production, the gas-solid two-phase flow theory and fluent numerical simulation software are used to optimize the process parameters in the process of shotcrete loading operation, and the simulation results are verified by the field measured data. The results reveal the influence of various factors on dust migration under the height of the breathing zone. A better combination of process parameters is optimized, and numerical simulation of the intermittent dust production under the induced airflow mechanism is carried out. The dust migration rules of the first loading and the second loading are analyzed, respectively. The dust migration rules of the secondary loading are compared and studied under different loading intervals. The dust concentration at the height of the breathing zone is analyzed emphatically, and the relevant linear equation is obtained by analysis. This study provides a theoretical basis for better control of dust concentration in the process of shotcrete loading.
