摘要
This paper presents the performance comparison of native host and KVM hypervisor. The measurements are carried out under equivalent conditions and applying specific Filebench test methods. Ubuntu 18.04 is used as the base operating system for test procedures. The performance comparison is proceeded for the native host and KVM with one, two, and three virtual machines. We have analyzed the behaviors, verified the assumption with Filebench test software, and provided the concluding remarks.
