摘要：
We demonstrate a room-temperature continuous-wave electrically injected unidirectional-emission AlGaInAs/InP multiple-quantum-well microspiral disk laser with a 44mA threshold current. Above 130 mA, the laser shows a unidirectional emission from the waveguide butt-coupled to the microspiral notch.
