摘要
A novel control strategy based on the uncertain color model in dyeing process is presented. In this strategy, robust multi-step predictive control algorithm based on the model is discussed, the robust control law provides optimized values of pressure, temperature and rolling speed of dyeing machine, which were absolutely depended on the experts' experience and empirical knowledge. And a theorem about uncertain predictive model is given and proved; also, robust f, multi-step predictive controller based on model algorithm is described. By this advanced strategy, the stability of closed-loop control system is ensured, and H, performance is guaranteed. Finaliv, an example was given to illustrate the result of this approach.
