摘要：

The approaches to modeling of educational environment presented in the article were elaborated in the framework of research program of The Center for Comprehensive Personality Forming of RAE. On this basis the psychological-pedagogic systems of examination and design of educational environment are made and approved which were rewarded by the Government of RF with the bonus in the educational sphere in 1998 year.
