Ba(Ti1-xZrx)O3 (x=0.15 and 0.2) single crystals grown by LHPG technique

摘要
Ba(Ti1-xZrx)O-3 (x = 0.15 and 0.2) single crystals, 1 mm in diameter and more than 10 mm long, have been grown by the laser heated pedestal growth (LHPG) technique. The XRD and dielectric results show that the grown crystals are of single phase and ferroelectric at room temperature and their compositions are in good agreement with the starting stoichiometry (ceramics).
