摘要：
Expressway operation economical risk mainly manifests in market shift, interest rate and exchange rate change. This paper mainly analyses financial risk in operation economical, and carries out the analysis of expressway project operation financial risk mechanism, and establishes the expressway project operation financial risk early-warning system. It constructs the expressway project operation risk early-warning model after carrying on the monitor to the operation risk early-warning targets data through combining the quota analysis with the qualitative analysis, and also unifies the Tanshao expressway project to carry on the example analysis.
