摘要
The research about coproduction in health services, as well as the management and the processes related to it are still poorly syudied. In health services, patients are considered coproducers when they manage their treatment autonomously, administer medications and put into practice the orientations received by the care team, becoming responsible for this stage of the production process. The systematic literature review presented in this paper had the objective of presenting the data analyzed in the scientific literature on the performance of the patient as a coproducer in the health services. For this review the databases Bireme, EBSCOhost, Emerald, Pubmed and Scopus were consulted. From this assessment, 17 articles published between 2000 and 2017 were selected,. The analysis of these articles highlights the approach of the theme in three categories: the role of the patient as a coproducer, the education of the patient for coproduction, and the relationship between patient and health professionals. The results indicate that the patient's role as coproducer is directly related to other factors in order to achieve the expected results. It was observed that aspects such as treatment management and the impacts of coproduction in the value chain of health services are not yet dealt in depth in the literature.
