Interaction of the solar wind with a localized magnetic barrier: application to lunar surface magnetic fields

摘要
Magnetic and plasma perturbations caused by the interaction of the solar wind with a localized magnetic barrier and the generation of low-frequency (LF) radiation are considered. It is shown that current instability can be the source of LF radiation near the lunar surface magnetic fields. (C) 2003 Published by Elsevier Science B.V.
