摘要
At Micro-Analysis Laboratory Tandem (MALT), the University of Tokyo, we have developed a gas-filled magnet (GFM) for the measurement of Cl-36. By the spacial separation of the isobars with the magnet and the measurement of the residual energies of the ions at the focal plane, the isobar suppression and reproducibility for the Cl-36 detection are 6 x 10(-5) and 4%, respectively. With this suppression, we can measure samples with a Cl-36 ratio down to 10(-14). (C) 2000 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
