摘要：

Peripheral T-Cell Lymphoma (PTCL) represent 10 to 15% of Non-Hodgkin lymphomas but they are usually associated with a poor prognosis with treatment resistance and early relapses commonly observed. In the last decade, relevant improvements have been made both in the understanding of the molecular pathogenesis of some subtypes but also in the therapeutic management particularly based on the use of monoclonal antibodies. This non-exhaustive article will review the main advances made in PTCL.
