摘要
Making the switch: A photoinduced DNA conformational switch between the i-motif and random-coil structures has been achieved by combination with a reversible photoirradiated pH-jump system (see picture; MGCB: malachite green carbinol base, MG: malachite green). Multiple cycling of this switch has also been demonstrated. (Figure Presented). © 2007 Wiley-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA.
