摘要：

At present, food supply chain management has aroused increasing attention in aspects of food and agricultural products in domestic, so it is particularly necessary for Chinese enterprises to keep a watchful eye on the foreign food supply chain management. In this paper, we shall first briefly introduce the formation, the development and the causes on the concept of food supply chain, then analyze the status quo of global food supply chain management, and finally put forward the enlightenment to the global food supply chain management in China.
