摘要：

In this paper, we have analyzed the mechanism of human being's cognition of the Chinese character from the perception theory of cognitive psychology, likening the computer to the human brain, proposed that the theory of Chinese character intelligent formation without character library. The systemic structure of Chinese character intelligent formation was designed which composed by knowledge library, basic element library, inference engine, and so on, and a software platform for experiment was built. 27533 characters in the GB18030-2000 were realized to perform in the platform. The experimental result has supported the idea of Chinese character intelligent formation.
