摘要：
Overall, our findings suggest that ECG changes in patients with TPP are very similar to those caused by hypokalemia and include prolonged QT, U waves (that often merged with P and T waves), prolonged PR, and widened QRS. ST depression was. uncommon. These ECG findings and the presence of sinus tachycardia and flaccid paralysis are suggestive of TPP.
