摘要：
The paper attempts to adapt the strategy area to the functioning of modern supply chains with the aspect of quality. Theoretical findings concerning the definitions of the term strategy were analyzed, as well as strategic assumptions in relation to the functioning of supply chains with reference to quality area. A proposal of mathematical formula for supply chain strategy equilibrium with the aspect of quality was also presented, taking into account its chosen determinants.
