摘要
Vibrations during ultra-precision grinding will cut down accuracy and surface quality of the component. This paper develops at! experimental equipment to simulate the vibration of the grinding wheel. The vibration is both measured by acceleration sensor and laser displacement sensor. The two sensors' abilities of measuring vibration are contrasted by two group experiments. Mathematical model of surface profile's error made by vibration is created. The results show that the laser displacement sensor can identify the vibration, sources correctly and the vibrations have made waves on the, workpiece's surface.
