Construction of School Public Sports Service Evaluation System Based on the CBSC

In consideration of the current backward school public sports service management and the lack of evaluation system, a new strategic performance management tool, the CBSC model, was used to build an advanced evaluation system containing 4 first-level indexes, 12 second-level indexes and 26 third-level indexes. Besides, the AHP (analytic hierarchy process) was used to calculate all index weights. The final assessment result was obtained in combination with the scores of all indexes. Then, an analysis of examples for the practical public sports service management was made accordingly. The performance evaluation index system can help a decision-maker to understand the condition of school public sports service management, provide a decision-maker with beneficial guidance and reference, meanwhile, enhance the management efficiency and promote the long-term development of school public sports service.
